Excellent value, excellent bed!
First off- the only problem with this bed was Amazon's delivery. They sent only the rails, so I bought the exact same bed from a local brick and mortar furniture shop.I can tell you that all reviews calling this bed flimsy are due entirely to ESO (Equipment Smarter than Operator). The ONLY way you could break the slats or have a wobbly fram are if you put it together incorrectly or try to use the bed without a box spring ( the description clearly states you must use a box spring). The instructions are definitely unclear as to how to attach the metal brackets (long end screws to the bed rail, flush with the top of the rail). Other than that, they're fairly clear.I did add four 1X4 slats for peace of mind, although they did not appear to be necessary.I'm 210 lbs and I've been in the bed alone, sleeping without so much as a creak and with my Ol' Lady awake without so much as a wobble. Not to mention that the bed itself is gorgeous. If you are even remotely handy, have common sense, are capable of reading item descriptions and assembly instructions, this bed will be an excellent value for you.If not, well... have someone who fits that description put it together for you.Because it is a truly awesome bed (even if I had to buy it twice because Amazon bungled the delivery).

Missing pieces, but generally an alright bed frame
Alright pros firstThis bed looks very very nice, my mom loves the antique grey color. I was able to assemble it myself as a 19 year old female.Cons...lord. The instructions were SO unclear at times. It basically just shows you the finished step and you have to figure out how it works. If you’re someone who struggles with instructions, I’d suggest getting some help with this.I had two pieces missing! You’re supposed to have three under bed supports, I only had one. Thankfully the bed seemed sturdy enough with just the one in the middle, but the boards they give you to put across the frame are so weak and flimsy that if my mom didn’t have a box spring I’d be worried just her mattress would break them.Overall...this was alright. I managed to build it because I’ve conveniently been building a lot of beds (we just moved) but the instructions really were difficult to follow, just because they were poorly written. The head and footboard feel high quality but everything else is debatable. In general, it’s a good bed frame, and it seems remarkably sturdy if you get all the parts. If you’re generally able to figure instructions out, then I’d suggest buying this bed frame.

Twin for teenage daughter
My teenager loves this bed. It arrived before the delivery date, was not overly hard to put together and looks great in her room.

Nice frame, missing support pieces
The frame came missing two of the center leg supports, as well as the wood screws it said it came with. So my daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor until I can figure out how to get the pieces asap from the company. But now I have to call and deal with that. Very annoying. Also one of the comments said it came with slats and that's the last thing I saw before ordering it. I looked at so many it was hard to keep track of which ones had what. It does NOT come with slats, and the description does say it needs a box spring. I should have looked better but that comment should be deleted. Also, the support beams were poor quality and one had a huge crack. The rest of the frame is solid and nice though, came in great condition. If it came with everything and supports not cracked, the frame itself would get 5 stars.

You get what you pay for.
First off, the directions are atrocious. They aren't so much directions as they are a guide that read like they've gone through google translate a few times. They were also incomplete as there were brackets that were not part of the directions. Wound up looking up a YouTube video to figure out what they were for.Second, pilot holes aren't included for the slats or brackets mentioned earlier. If you're handy, you can do this on your own with not too much difficulty.Third, the bed is uneven. The right side is obviously higher than the left, by about 1 inch.Last, its sturdiness is questionable. I'll just say if you're doing a vigorous activity, it will sway back and forth. If you're looking for a cheap bed, it looks decent and it'll do for a few years or so. If you plan on moving, I doubt it'll make it.

Worth the cost and very nice looking.
This is just for a guest room so the small damage from shipping won't be very noticeable. The guest room isn't used often so it should last for years and won't matter that the quality isn't great. It is worth the money that I spent on it and it is very nice looking.

Directions are terrible
All-in-All it's nice, better than just a frame bed. It's not furniture you care much about - but it looks decent in a guest room. Directions were typical poor quality, the illustrations make it possible to decypher -

Hard to assemble, fragile, have had to repair connections.
I use it for a bedframe.
