Adrianna PapellWomen's Long Beaded Blouson Gown

I ordered this dress and it was severely damaged when I recieved it. It came all bundled up in a bag and was missing A LOT of beads. It came with a bag of extra beads and was going to see if I could hand sew on the missing beads because the dress is so beautiful and it was such a great deal. I called Amazon and requested an exchange in the same size. I returned the first dress and ordered the same dress a second time and that one came on a hanger in a dress bag and is in mint condition. It's gorgeous!!! I'm going to take it to get the length taken up because it's too long even with 4 inch heels. It fits true to size. I don't wear super tight dresses and this one is flowy and can wear it with or without a bra (B cup). I have a little bit of mom pouch and this dress surprisingly is flattering in some trouble areas that I tend to need some extra support with covering. It's not really a gold/gold more of gold on beige/tan color.

You know that feeling when you just love what you are wearing? I love, love, love this dress. I wore this to my nephews black tie wedding. It was perfect. It's classic and stunning. I can't wait until I have somewhere to wear it again.

Beautiful dress!!! Very good quality. I was nervous after reading other reviews, but mine arrived with all beads in place. It’s pretty true to size. The top was just a smidge snug, I probably could have gone up one size. It is quite long…I’m 5’4” and would need a slight hem for it to barely drag the floor. Overall, pleasantly surprised!

According to the size chart, I was supposed to fit in a size 6. That was too large, so I tried a 6 petite. Again, too large. So I tried a 4. Too large. Eventrually I found that a 2 was my size. I am 5'4.5" and weigh 125 lbs. The 2 fit perfectly. Also, the beading on the 1st three dresses that I purchased was not silver, it was a royal blue, which gave the whole dress a blue/grey effect. The size 2 that I eventually ended up with had silver beading (which is what I wanted anyways) and was much more sparkly than the other 3 dresses. Not sure what makes the difference since I ordered the same dress 4 times with sizes being the only variation. One last thing to consider. I wore this as a bridesmaid for a wedding and found the after that the beading is coming off in multiple places. The dress does come with a small bag of extra beading, but that just shows that they expect the beading to fall off because of the fragile state of the dress. Even after all this, I'm still giving it a 5 star rating because the dress is simply gorgeous! I was so sparkly and classy. It was very flattering. Worth the hassle. Gorgeous dress and beautiful navy color. Sadly, the plastic bag it arrived in already had some loose beads, and when I took the dress out of the bag, even more beads started falling on the floor. I tried it on and the beads kept falling with my every movement (our Roomba is still sweeping the floor as I write this). It was a nice fit (I sized up from my usual 18 to 20) and the perfect length for me (5'10") - unfortunately, looks like I need another Adrianna Papell dress, without any beading.

Shame on whoever sent this "NEW" dress and didn't note it was DAMAGED goods. The beads are completely missing in several spots such that the extra beads are not enough to cover but I paid for a NEW dress. Fits as expected and is beautiful otherwise. I'll have to do lots of work to get this right for my daughter...........ugh. My only option is to return or fix it myself and this color is difficult to find. Wish I could give just the sender a bad review.

Caveat: I am returning this because it's just a smidge too large, but I'm re-ordering it in a smaller size in the hopes that will be the ticket. This dress is BEAUTIFUL. I actually sucked all the air out of the room when I lifted it out of the box. It is truly gorgeous. A couple of things to note: it is HEAVY (the beadwork), but I think that adds to the luxury feel. It is a blouson top, which isn't that obvious from the photo. I love that the straps are wide enough to hide standard bra straps - finding a strapless to accomodate being well-endowed is a special kind of hell. I found this dress to be quite long (I'm 5'6"), but one can either wear very tall heels or have it shortened - I this might make a less formal but no less gorgeous item if properly shortened. If the smaller size works out, I'll try to post a photo. But really, have no doubt - this is STUNNING - like diamonds in the sky!

Buying a dress online is tricky! This dress fit perfectly. I’m so impressed. I’m 5’5 and wear a size small in most things (size 27 in pants). I ordered a size 6 and it fits perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Long story short, I think I bought three dresses for this gala; but they didn't look appropriate for the event or did not look the money, I found this one at the last minute.I must say, even though you cannot see the complete garment in my picture, it is a gorgeous dress, and I received nothing but compliments on the night; the dress was very comfortable to wear too!To avoid the dress hanging slightly off the floor, my suggestion would be to wear heels (I am 5”7 and wore 2.5-inch heel, not too high). However, this enhanced my look and I felt very glam on the night!!Naomi Campbell watch out!! :-)

Das KLeid passt von der Größe her super. Es ist ein relativ schweres KLeid.Was nicht so schön ist, das teilweise schon auf mehreren cm die Steine abgefallen sind. Beim anprobieren fielen permanent Steine ab. Deswegen ging es leider zurück.

Usé este vestido en una boda, extraordinaria inversión!
