Cheap frame
Received this item with a broken frame sent it back because it was chipped. The replacement came broken as well just not chipped so my husband just ended up fixing frame. The sign itself is nice and perfect for what we were wanting. Just poor quality on the frame.

Very poor quality control
Ordered and received this item twice and both times product was defective, stay away. I should have read the reviews before ordering as it looks like this is a common problem. The text on the picture in the lower right corner under "Basic Rules" was unreadable, grayed out so this is clearly a quality control issue, shame on Amazon for not checking before shipped. This was the case on both of them as I received a replacement after the initial order but the replacement had the same problem. Also the first one half the clips on the back that hold it into the frame were broken.
