Review: Really good ice blocks! - These are perfect! Reasonably priced and easy to use. Perfect size! Just toss 'em in the freezer and next morning they are frozen solid. I put one on the bottom and one on the top in my lunchbox for work. I'll also use them if I go out with friends or to a party. They stay frozen and keep your food/drinks cold. Never had an issue and they are sturdy too. I dropped one by accident and I figured it would crack and I'd have to buy a new one, but nope, it didn't. Happy about that. I'll be ordering more soon just to keep in the freezer.
Review: Stay fresh and cool - Love these large ice packs! They last my entire 8-10 hour shifts on the road when I’m constantly moving. My drinks and food stays fresh for the time block! I really only need one but for extra temp control I use both with no extra fuss! My drinks are crisp cold and my food is still fresh! Will recommend and it won’t disappoint l! The blocks are thick, easy to clean, great appearance, and money saving material that will withstand the hottest days and temps!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Could this be used for cooling oneself in a hot climate overnight?**
A: Yes. I use it for that or for lower back pain. I place it in a gallon ziploc style bag (fits perfectly), freeze it, then place it inside a pillowcase. Its still cool after 8 hours. I purchased mine at my grocery store (Giant) in their seasonal aisle. They were two for $5.00.

**Q: Can I cut them so they are individual cubes? I'd like to cut them all and replace buying bags of ice every weekend. It would be a cleaner set up**
A: There are others types for individual ice bags. This is most effective as a mat. I use it on top of the ice in my coolers on the boat and they keep the ice linger than without it. Would not recommend cutting it.

**Q: Where is this product made?**
A: "Igloo" is an American company and this product is made in USA!!!

**Q: Can this be used under a pet/cat automatic feeder to keep food fresh?**
A: I would definitely NOT do this with under Cat food as the contents could leak and be toxic...cats are VERY sensitive to chemicals and some chemical that would not affect a human or dog can be very toxic for a cat...you could just use real water ice in a baggie...just make it a single layer of ice cubes

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeps the Cooler Cold Without the Mess
*by J***. on July 17, 2026*

I've been very happy with this ice block. It stays cold for a long time and does a great job keeping my cooler chilled without dealing with melting ice and the water that comes with it. It's well made, freezes solid, and has held up well after repeated use. I like that I can refreeze it over and over, making it a convenient and cost-effective alternative to buying ice for shorter trips. The slim design also makes it easy to fit alongside food and drinks without taking up too much space. Overall, it's a simple product that works exactly as intended. If you're looking for a reusable way to keep your cooler cold, I'd definitely recommend it.
